Consultation & Workforce Planning

We begin with a consultation to understand your staffing needs, workplace requirements and recruitment timeline. This allows us to identify the most suitable recruitment pathway for your organisation.

Candidate Selection & Screening

Kenya Cares carefully identifies and screens qualified healthcare professionals based on education, experience, motivation and suitability. Depending on employer needs, recruitment may involve either newly selected candidates or interview-ready professionals already progressing through language preparation.

German Preparation & Workplace Readiness

Selected candidates undergo structured German language preparation and workplace readiness training to prepare for employment and integration in Austria. For employers seeking faster recruitment timelines, Kenya Cares may also present candidates who have already completed B1 German and are ready for employer interviews.

Employer Interview & Matching

After completing B1 German preparation, candidates participate in interviews with Austrian employers conducted in German. This allows employers to assess communication skills, motivation and overall suitability for the role. Following successful interviews, candidates continue progressing through preparation and matching for their future workplace.

Documentation, Recognition & Continued Language Development

Kenya Cares supports employers and candidates with required documentation, recognition preparation and administrative processes. As recognition and immigration procedures continue, candidates also progress with further German development, including B2 preparation, to strengthen language confidence and workplace readiness prior to arrival in Austria.

Visa & Relocation Coordination

Guidance is provided throughout visa procedures and relocation planning to support a smooth transition to Austria.

Arrival & Integration Support

Our support continues after arrival. Kenya Cares remains involved to encourage successful workplace and social integration and to support long-term placement success.

Interview-Ready B1 Candidates

For employers seeking faster staffing solutions, Kenya Cares may offer candidates who have already completed B1 German preparation. In such cases, arrival may be possible within approximately 4–6 months following successful employer interviews, depending on immigration and administrative procedures.

4–6 months

Full Preparation Pathway

For newly selected candidates beginning language preparation, recruitment timelines are typically approximately 6–10 months depending on starting language level and learning progress.

6–10 months

End-to-End Support

Kenya Cares supports employers and professionals through every stage of the process — from consultation to successful arrival and integration in Austria. Candidates are encouraged to advance toward B2 German, strengthening communication skills and integration readiness.
