At Kenya Cares, we offer a holistic, structured pathway to connect skilled healthcare professionals from Kenya with reputable employers in Austria. Our process ensures quality, compliance, and smooth integration—every step of the way.

Needs Assessment
We begin by understanding the specific needs of your facility through a detailed consultation. This helps us create a tailored candidate profile to ensure the right professional and cultural fit.

Candidate Identification & Pre-Selection Interviews
Based on your requirements, we carefully pre-screen and select qualified candidates from our network. After internal screening, we organize online interviews between the shortlisted candidates and potential employers, conducted in English. These interviews allow employers to assess the candidates and find the right match based on personality, values, and professional goals.

Language Training & Final Evaluation
Selected candidates begin with intensive German language training, reaching the required proficiency level B1 / B2. Once language training is complete, employers conduct a brief follow-up interview or evaluation to confirm the candidate's German language ability. The employer then issues a letter of intent or contract. From there, candidates continue their cultural preparation while we begin the next steps of the process.

Regulatory Support
We provide guidance through essential procedures such as nostrification (recognition of foreign qualifications) and the Red-White-Red Card application. Our local and Austrian teams collaborate to ensure documents are correctly submitted and progress is made efficiently.

Relocation & Entry Coordination
Once approved, we coordinate the candidate's entry into Austria—including travel planning and local registration support—to ensure a smooth transition from Kenya to their new life and work in Austria.

Integration & Ongoing Support
We continue supporting the candidates even after arrival. Language development, cultural orientation, and personal mentorship are part of our ongoing integration program—fostering long-term success for both employers and healthcare professionals.
